  How do I purchase a course?

  When viewing a course or product page, click Add to Cart, then proceed to Checkout. You can pay using the available payment methods. Once payment is completed, the course will be available in your Profile > Course menu > My Courses

  Where can I view my past purchases?

  Go to your Account and select Orders to view a history of your transactions, including course purchases and any downloadable content.

  Can I get a refund?

  Refund policies are outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email support@begenerative.com with your order details.
