Most people have never thought about how to find or design a professional development relationship which can accelerate their fulfilment and skill. Here is what we think works.
In this onboarding course we will guide you on how to maximise your experience with Genratec and participate to get value from your program(s). We have learnt many things over several decades that consistently generate the best experience and results from our work (and anywhere you want mastery).
To begin with, it is crucial to familiarise yourself with the Genratec program(s) you are participating in. Read and re-read the materials supplied. Ask any questions you have about its meaning, application and the rationale behind it. Curiosity and inquiry are a part of the process.
Thats the first tip – those that achieve mastery in anything are endlessly curious. They want to know the domain intimately as the first step to deeply understanding, building skills and accomplishing result in their endeavour.
