I worked with Alan on the organising team for the Auckland Startup Organising Team, over a period of 3 months. Alan is a strong leader with very good skills at setting a vision for where a group should be heading, and bringing people on board to achieve that vision. I would recommend him for team leadership roles, or training people for leadership roles.
