Who you are choosing to be. Your sense of self, core beliefs, values, meaning, purpose.
Self-Concept and Identity
Who are you becoming? (Not who are you now, but who are you in the process of becoming?) What do you want to be known for? When you’re at your best—most aligned, most present, most capable—who are you being? What’s the core identity or self-concept that, if it shifted, would change everything?
Core Beliefs and Worldview
What do you believe about what’s possible for you? What do you believe about your capacity to create what matters to you? How do you interpret setbacks? What are the unexamined beliefs you inherited that still run you? What beliefs would you need to adopt to create your desired future?
Values and Principles
What do you stand for? What are your non-negotiables? If you could only keep three values, which three would remain? When have you compromised your values? What was the cost? What’s worth sacrificing comfort for? What would people say your values are?
Meaning and Purpose
What is your life for? (Not what do you do—what is your life *for*?) What impact do you want to have in the world? When you look back at your life, what will have mattered? What work feels sacred or meaningful to you? If you had unlimited resources, what would you dedicate your life to?
Emotional Landscape and Inner Experience
How do you want to feel, day to day? (What’s the baseline emotional tone?) What emotions are you avoiding or denying? What inner freedom are you looking for? How present and alive do you want to feel? What’s the relationship you want to have with yourself?
Chosen Being vs. Default Being
Right now, who are you being by default? (Not thinking about it, just showing up as…) Who would you choose to be if you weren’t driven by habit, fear, or obligation? What parts of your identity feel authentic? What parts feel like you’re performing? What version of yourself have you outgrown?
