At BeGenerative, we are committed to delivering world-class experiences through our platforms, courses, programs, memberships, and events. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships

All digital products, including online courses, memberships, downloads, and recorded programs, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital delivery and instant access, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.

No exceptions apply for change of mind, unused access, or partial participation.

In-Person and Hybrid Programs

Refund eligibility for in-person, hybrid (in-person + online), and multi-session coaching programs is determined by the specific terms outlined for each event or program at the time of purchase.

  • If a cancellation fee is specified in the program information, this will apply for early withdrawals or cancellations before the stated deadline.
  • If no cancellation or refund terms are listed, the default position is that no refund is available for that offering.
  • Requests for exceptional consideration must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

Transfers and Substitutions

In some cases, subject to prior approval and availability, transferring your place to another eligible participant may be permitted. Please contact us as soon as possible to explore options.

Sale and Promotional Items

All purchases made at a discounted or promotional rate are considered final and not eligible for refunds.
